Valify Bolsters Board With GuideIT's Lyles

Frisco, Texas-based Valify, which is developing spending management software for the healthcare industry, said today that it has snagged GuideIT CEO Chuck Lyles for its board of directors. Lyles was previously also president of Perot Systems Healthcare Group, which he served for ten years before its acquisition by Dell. GuideIT is the brand new technology services provider which is backed by the Perot Family. Valify is led by Chris Heckler.
