Likely Presidential Contendor Rand Paul Sets Up Shop At Capital Factory

In an unusual intersection of Austin's technology startup world and national politics, likely 2016 presidential candidate Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky), is setting up an office at the Capital Factory, as part of an move to appeal to young voters ahead of a possible campaign. Paul also appears to be making a showing at SXSW. The Capital Factory is shaping up to be the go-to-place for politicians looking to appeal to the region's technology industry--just last year, the startup accelerator and coworking space hosted President Obama, who toured the incubator and talked with entrepreneurs.
