Hypori Gets $6.7M For BYOD Security
Austin-based Hypori, a developer of secure mobile infrastructure software aimed at the bring-your-own-device (BYOD) market, said today that it has raised $6.7M in a Series A1 funding. The funding came from Green Visor Capital, along with other un-named investors. Hypori said the funding will go to ramp up commercial sales. The new funds bring the total raised by the company to $13.8M. Hypori is led by Justin Marston, and said it developed its technology in cojunction with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Hypori's software runs on Android, and provides remote access to virtual, mobile devices in the cloud. More information »
