ZeOmega Buys HealthUnity
Plano-based ZeOmega, which develops healthcare software used for managing health of patient populations, said today that it has acquired HealthUnity, a developer of health information technology software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. HealthUnity was based in Bellevue, Washington, and had been backed by J. L. Albright. ZeOmega is led by Sathya "Sam" Rangaswamy.
