MyDistrict.net Sells Minority Stake

Dallas-based MyDistrict.net, which develops software to manage the distribution of newspapers, has sold a minority stake to newspaper and print distributor ACI Media Group. Financial details of the deal were not announced. MyDistrict.Net was founded in 2001 in Dallas, to help manage newspaper home delivery in the Dallas market for The Dallas Morning News. The company says it now provides its software in more than 45 markets around the United States. The company's software is also used to distribute the Houston Chronicle, San Antonio Express-News, Fort Worthh Star Telegram, The Beaumont Enterprise,
