Planview Buys Troux

Austin-based Planview said this morning that it has acquired Troux, a developer of IT management software. Troux was also based in Austin. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Planview said that the acquisition of Troux turns the company into a $150M company with close to 600 employees. Planview is led by Gregory Gilmore, and Troux had been headed by David Hood. Troux was advised by invesmtent banking firm Lazard in the deal.
