RealPage Buys Indatus For $49.0M

Carollton, Texas-based RealPage, the developer of cloud-based software for the rental housing market, said late Tuesday that it has acquired the assets of Indantus, a developer of cloud-based software for handling maintenance calls at apartments. Realpage said the asset acquisition deal gives its selected assets of ICIM Corporation, which owns Indatus. RealPage said it will pay approximately $49.0M for Indatus, which it says had trailing 12 month revenues of $11.5M. The companies said Indatus is used by more than 11,000 apartment communities.
