Austin Gets New Coworking Space, Galvanize
Galvanize, a nationwide provider of coworking spaces and programming and other classes, said today that it is expanding into Austin, and will be opening up a new location in the city in February of 2016. The firm--which has been running programs in cities around the US for the last three years--said that Austin will be the company's seventh new location. Galvanize is based in Denver, Colorado. Galvanize combines both a coworking space as well as an extensive set of classes around programming and other topics of use to those in the startup area. Galvanize said it selected Austin for the new location, due to city's rank in the top three to five cities to start a company, and the presence of such companies as IBM and Dell. The company called Austin one of the 'most exciting tech hubs" in the country. Photo: Galvanize's Denver, Colorado location and headquarters.
