CURB Energy Raises $1.25M In Seed Funding
Austin-based CURB, which is developing devices to help users monitor and manage their energy consumption and solar production, has raised $1.25M in a seed funding round. According to CURB, the funding came from Capital Factory, angel groups, and other un-named strategic partners. CURB has been offering up its energy devices on Indiegogo. In addition to the funding, CURB said Monday that it has named Eric Gould Bear as its Chief Experience Officer and member of its Board of Directors; Bear is a mentor at the Capital Factory, and also has invested in CURB as part of the funding.
