ACTIVE Network Buys Virtual Event Bags

Dallas-based ACTIVE Network announced this morning that it has acquired Virtual Event Bags, a software company which develops software to help event organizers manage virtual "event bags" featuring information from sponsors. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Virtual Event Bags was based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and was founded by Gary Schwake.
