Plus LLC Acquired By Rite Track

Austin-based PLUS LLC, a provider of semiconductor equipment refurbishment, repair, and enhancement services, has been acquired by Ohio-based Rite Track. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Rite Trak is a provider of semiconductor equipment and services. Rite Track said the buy will help it "significantly bolster" its technical capability. PLUS CEO John Dovalina becomes Director of TEL ACT Products for Rite Track.
