Alert Logic Hits $100M Mark

Houston-based cloud-based security software provider Alert Logic said this morning that it has just passed up the $100M mark in annual revenues, with a run rate exceeding $103M. According to the privately held firm, it had $23.7M in GAAP revenues in its first quarter ending March 31st, and it saw 31 percent year-over-year growth in Q1. Alert Logic had said it was approaching the $100M run rate mark back in January, when it reported $81M in revenues for 2015.
