Tyler Technologies Acquires ExecuTime Software

Plano-based Tyler Technologies, which develops software for the public sector, has acquired Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Executime Software, the company said on Wednesday afternoon. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. ExecuTime Software is a developer of time and attendance and scheduling software. Tyler said that ExecuTime has approximately 30 employees, all of whom it expects will join the company. The company said ExecuTime has approximately 200 public sector clients nationwide, including municipalities, school districts and counties, many of which are an overlap with Tyler's existing client base.
