Neverfail Acquires Vertiscale

Austin-based Artisan Infrastructure, a provider of cloud-based infrastructure and business continuity software, said it has renamed itself as NeverFail, and acquired Vertiscale, a developer of technology for the managed service provider (MSP) business. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Vertiscale had developed software which is used by managed service providers, to allow their clients access to data and applications, which is now called Neverfail Workspaces. Neverfail is led by Brian Hierholzer.
