Datical Claims Subscription, Growth Surge

Austin-basd Datical, which develops Agile database automation software for DevOps teams, said this week that it had "surging growth" in the first half. The company said it had a 130 percent year-to-date rise in its subscription revenues. Financial details of the growth were not announced by the privately held firm. Datical also said it has grown its workforce by more than 50 percent over the same period, and has more hiring planned. Datical is venture backed by S3 Ventures, Mercury Fund and Austin Ventures, and is led by Derek Hutson.
