OnTime Networks Debuts Milspec Gigabit Ethernet Switch
Do you regularly install Ethernet networks in tough--very tough--environments? Dallas-based OnTime Networks, a developer of ruggedized networking and timing products, said this morning that it has rolled out a new, military-grade Gigabit Ethernet switch. The company said its CloudberryMIL CM-6200 Series provides up to 24 Gigabit Ethernet and four 10Gigabit Ethernet ports. The new product is designed for use at high altitudes, in environments with extended temperatures, humidity, dust and water exposure, noisy EMI, dirty power, etc., and is in a sealed, aluminum chassis. Pricing on the new switch was not announced.
