Blue Sage Acquires Broken Arrow Communications

Austin-based private equity investor Blue Sage Capital announced today that it has acquired Broken Arrow Communications, a provider of services for the installation, modification, construction, and maintenance of wireless communication facilities. Broken Arrow Communications was based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Blue Sage said it partnered with Private Equity Capital Corporation (PECC) on the buy. Blue Sage Capital says it has over $200M in assets under management, and targets investments in profitable, growing, lower middle-market industrial, manufacturing, service and distribution companies with revenues of $20 to $100 million.
