Distinct Software Solutions Acquired By EZLinks

Austin-based Distinct Software Solutions, a developer of online marketing software specifically focused on golf, has been acquired by EZLinks Golf, a developer of golf management technology. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. EZLinks Golf announced the acquisition after a "significant" minority investment in the company by private equity investor Providence Equity Partners. Distinct Software's flagship product is CourseTrends, which offers up websites, social media marketing, online reservations software for tee times, and other related tools for golf courses and private clubs.
