Report: SailPoint Eyes IPO In 2017

Austin-based SailPoint, the developer of identity management software, is reportedly looking to file for an IPO sometime in the latter half of 2017, according to a report. The WSJ said Tuesday morning that SailPoint, which is backed by Thoma Bravo, is considering an IPO if its revenues continue to grow. SailPoint has been rumored to be considering an IPO since last year.
