Three Companies Rolled Into Mavenir

Three, different companies--Mitel Mobile, Xura, and Ranzure Networks, have been rolled into Richardson, Texas-basd Mavenir, according to private equity investor Siris Capital Group, in a move that will create a "new Mavenir", Siris said on Tuesday. According to Siris Capital, the "new" Mavenir will be led by Pardeep Kohli, the CEO of Xura and formerly CEO of Mitel Mobile (the "old" Mavenir Systems). The new company will be based in Richardson. The new company will focus on "5G Ready" network solutions for communications service providers (CSPs).
