Vista Equity Acquires DH Corporation For $4.8 Billion
Austin-based private equity investor Vista Equity Partners is acquiring Canadian financial technology developer D+H, in a deal worth $4.8 billion in equity, the two announced this morning. According to the companies, Vista intends to combine D+H with another portfolio company, Misys, a developer of software for the retail and corporate banking, lending, treasury and capital markets, investment management and enterprise risk markets. Vista Equity will pay $25.50 per share in cash for DH Corporation, which is publicly traded as DH on the TSX.
