Zenoss Wins Vassar College

Austin-based IT monitoring and analysis software developer Zenoss said on Thursday that Vassar College has shifted its IT monitoring efforts from in-house monitoring to the company's hosted monitoring service. According to Zenoss, Vassar is running its IT monitoring as a service from Amazon Web Services, with Zenoss handling all deployment, backup and restore, and patching services for the school. Financial impact of the customer win was not announced. Zenoss said Vassar has been a customer since 2011.
