Alpheus Communications Acquired By Logix Communications

Houston-based Alpheus Communications, the data center operator and provider of telecom services, has been acquired by Logix Communications, according to reports on Tuesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Alpheus was previously owned by private equity investor Gores Group.
