Monolith Software Acquires Assets From TBD Fusion Group

Frisco, Texas-based Monolith Software said today that it has acquired certain assets from TDB Fusion Group, including the including physical and intellectual property related to the development of the TDB's Federos unified service manager software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Both companies develops cloud-based software used for business process management. Monolith said it would use the acquisition to extend its flagship AsureNow platform. TBD Fusion Group was based in the UK, where Monolith said it will establish an office for development, technical support, and sales.
