PDI Gets Funding From Private Equity Investor

Tempe, Texas-based PDI, which develops logistics automation and supply chain software for the retail and wholesale petroleum and logistics industry, has received an investment from private equity investor Genstar Capital. Details on the investment were not announced. According to PDI, its current private equity investor, TA Associates, will continue as a "significant" shareholder in the firm. TA Associates invested in PDI in 2016. PDI said it will use the new capital to accelerate global expansion.
