Accruent Wins Jamba Juice

Austin-based software developer Accruent said Thursday that Jamba Juice, the retail juice and smoothie chain, has selected the company to manage its real estate and equipment leases. Financial impact of the win was not announced. According to Accruent, Jamba Juice will manage its large, retail store portfolio using its lease administration software, as it prepares for a number of FASB and IASB accounting changes which require accounting for leases on company balance sheets. Accruent said it support for those accounting changes comes thanks to its recent acquisition of lease accounting software maker Lucernex. Accruent acquired Lucernex, which was based in Plano, in August.
