Spiceworks Names COO, CFO

Austin-based IT software developer Spiceworks said on Monday that it has named J. Scott Di Valerio as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Di Valerio was most recently CFO of RetailMeNot, and also served as CEO and CFO of Outerwall. He also has served at such companies as Lenovo Group Limited, Microsoft, The Walt Disney Company, Mindwave Software, and PwC. Spiceworks' software is used by IT administrators to manage their IT operations, as well as procure software and equipment.
