Restaurant365 Finds $20M For Restaurant Management Software

Restaurant365, a developer of cloud-based tools for accounting, back office, and reporting for restaurants--which has an office in Austin--has raised $20M in a Series A funding round, the company announced Thursday. The funding came from Bessemer Venture Partners. As part of that investment, Bessemer's Brian Feinstein has joined the company's board. Restaurant365 was founded in 2011 by Morgan Harris, John Moody and Tony Smith: the company said its software is already used by such chains as Sbarro, MOD Pizza, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, Texas de Brazil, Luke's Lobster, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Blaze Pizza, and many others.
