Employee Wow Seeded With $1M For Employee Feedback Tools

Austin-based Employee Wow, which develops software to help companies manage staffing and measure employee performance and engagement by collecting anonymous employee feedback, has raised $1M in a seed funding round. The funding came from angel investor Sean Tomlinson. Tomlinson joins Employee Wow's board as a result of the funding. Employee Wow says it develops a platform which enables employees--and in particular, millennials--to provide "ground-level" feedback on their employer.
