SolarWinds Names Chief Technologist For Public Sector Efforts

Austin-based SolarWinds, the developer of IT management tools, said today that it has named Paul Parker as its new Chief Technologist, Federal and National Government. Parker was most recently VP of Engineering for the federal division of Infoblox, and also has served at CS2, Ward Solutions, Eagle Alliance, and Dynamics Research Corporation.
