Kony Expands Board

Austin-based digital banking software developer Kony has expanded the company's board of directors, saying this week that it has named Alan Kerr to the company's board. Kerr is Senior Vice President of Software at Diebold Nixdorf, and also has served at such companies as Kofax, HP Software, Peregrine Systems, Ascential Software and Informix Software. Kony is backed by Insight Ventures, W Capital Partners, and Georgian Partners.
