Tyler Technologies Names HR Head

Plano-based Tyler Technologies announced this morning that it has named Kelley Shimansky as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Shimansky was most recently Vice President of Human Resources, North America for Dechra Pharmaceuticals. Shimansky also has served at Putney, Inc., and WEX. Tyler said Shimansky is replacing Bob Sansone, who had been at the company after 23 years, and recently retired. Tyler said Shimansky is based out of its Maine office.
