RealPage Aims At Short Term Rental Market

Richardson-based software developer RealPage is aiming at the short term rental market, with a new software it launched this morning. According to RealPage, the new software, KigoHospitality, is aimed at apartment owners and operators who don't have the on-site staff to manage such things as guest screening, insurance, agreements, taxes, regulations, cleaning services, access control and 24-hour contact center services. Pricing on the new software was not announced. RealPage acquired Kigo in 2014.
