YouEarnedIt Acquires HighGround

Austin-based software developer YouEarnedIt, which develops human resources software, said on Thursday that it has acquired HighGround, a developer of real-time performance management and engagement software. Financial details of the buy were not announced. YouEarnedIt--which is backed by Vista Equity Partners--said that both YouEarnedit and HighGround will continue to individually operate their platforms. YouEarnedIt is led by co-founder and CEO Autumn Manning. YouEarnedIt received a large strategic investment from Vista Equity in April.
