ClearDATA Deploys On Google Cloud

Austin-based ClearDATA, which provides security and compliance services for healthcare companies deploying on the cloud, said this morning that it has partnered with Googleto offer up with expertise on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google's cloud hosting service. According to ClearDATA, the partnership will allow healthcare organizations to ensure that security and protective measures are managed proactively on Google Cloud Platform. ClearDATA said the effort specifically connects Google Kubernetes Engine into its compliance dashboard, letting its customers get a view into the state of compliance against HIPAA, GxP, GDPR and other rules. ClearDATA's CEO is Darin Brannan. The company is backed by Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, Norwest Venture Partners, Excel Venture Management, Heritage Group, HLM Venture Partners, and Flare Capital Partners.
