Tyler Technologies Buys CaseloadPRO

Plano-based Tyler Technologies said this morning that it has acquired CaseloadPRO, a developer of software used to manage probation services for the court and law enforcement market. Financial details of the buy were not announced. According to Tyler Technologies, the buy will enhance its courts and justice offerings for probation and parole departments across the country. CaseloadPRO was founded in 2009, with headquarters in Modesto, California, and had 16 employees; those employees are expected to all join Tyler's Courts & Justice Division.
