Jungle Disk Cozies Up To Google Cloud

San Antonio-based cloud backup and storage software developer Jungle Disk has rolled out a new version of its software, saying that it now makes Google Cloud PLatform as its default storage choice. The software--which still works with multiple cloud storage services--said the addition of Google Cloud Platform will improve the data receovery time for the small businesses using its software. Jungle Disk is led by CEO Bret Piatt. The company said its software meets various HIPA and PCI compliance requirements, among other standards around encryption and privacy.
