Zayo Gets Win In Dallas
Bandwidth and colocation provider Zayo Group reported on Friday that it scored a large win out of its Stemmons data center in Dallas. According to Zayo, it has signed a Mexican carrier, which will use the company's network to connect their consumer base in Mexico to U.S. content providers. Financial details of the win, and the name of the "leading" Mexican carrier were not announced. Zayo says the win is based out of its data center at 1950 N. Stemmons in Dallas, which will be used to connect to key cities in Mexico, offering up those Mexican consumers access to U.S.-based content, gaming and "webscale" companies. Zayo, which is based in Colorado, has been making major investments across Texas over the last few years.
