ECi Software Acquires Lasso Data Systems

Fort Worth-based ECi Software Solutions, which provides cloud-based business management software and services, has acquired Lasso Data Systems, a developer of cloud-based CRM software for the new home marketing and sales industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Lasso's customer relationship management software includes everything from lead management and followup to email marketing and reporting. ECi Software said that Lasso Data Systems becomes part of its Residential Home Construction Division. Lasso had been founded in 2005, and was based in Vancouver, Canada.
