YourCause Acquired By Blackbaud For $157M

Plano-based YourCause, which develops software used for managing enterprise corporate nonprofit grants, corporate social responsibility, and employee charitable giving programs, has been acquired by Blackbaud, in a deal worth $157M. According to Blackbayud, all 155 of YourCause's Plano team will join the company. The companies said that YourCause processes more than $245,000 in donations every business hour. YourCause is led by CEO Matthew Combs.
