Snow Software Names CEO

Snow Software, a developer of software asset management tools which has its US offices in Austin, said today that it has named Vishal Rao as President and Chief Executive Officer. The company also named Rachel Mooney as Chief People & Culture Officer and James Denena as Chief Financial Officer. Rao was previously President and Chief Operating Officer at Snow, having previously served at such companies at Splunk and Cloudera. Rao has been on the company's board since 2016. Mooney was previously at Vodafone, and also served at Google. Denena was at PROS, and also served at Applied Materials.
