FireMon Names Chief Product Officer

Dallas-based FireMon, a developer of network security management software, has named Don Closser as the company's new Chief Product Officer, the company said today. Closser is the former General Manager & Vice President of Trend Micro's TippingPoint Network Security Product Group. FireMon is backed by private equity investor Insight Venture Partners, and develops network security management software specifically for managing the hybrid cloud.
