Zoho Moves HQ To Austin
Online business application software developer Zoho is moving its headquarters to Austin, and plans to open up a 375-acre campus in Austin, the company announced this morning. According to Zoho, it has purchased 375 acres of land in south-east Austin, where it plans to build a 100,000 square foot campus, and where it plans to hire "hundreds" of employees. According to Zoho, the growth comes as it has grown now to more than 45 million users across 180 countries, and seen a 39 percent year-over-year revenue growth rate. Zoho previously was based in the Bay Area. Zoho has 7,000 employees worldwide, spread across 12 offices. In an unusual move, Zoho said it will not require its employees to have a four-year degree, because of its own in-house technology program where it finds and trains local talent. Zoho offers up a wide range of business tools, including customer relationship management (CRM), email, app development, accounting, email marketing, and many other apps for businesses.
