CloudNine Sets New CEO

Houston-based CloudNine, which develops automated e-discovery software for the legal industry, has named Tony Caputo as the company's new CEO, the company said on Friday. Caputo was most recently CEO at Ominivere, and also has served at such companies as Recommind and CaseCentral. CloudNine says its legal discovery software helps companies simplify and automated the discovery of data for audits, investigations, and litigation.
