E2open Buys Averetek

Austin-based E2open, the supply chain marketplace and technology developer, has acquired Averetek, a developer of channel marketing automation software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Averetek is based in the Seattle, Washington area. According to E2open, Averetek's tools help manufacturers with lead generation content, packaged marketing services, and demand creation tactics such as social media automation, event support, email marketing and web content syndication.
