Serenova Opens New Office In Utah

Austin-based Serenova, which develops cloud-based contact center management software, says it has opened up a new office in Salt Lake City, Utah, to help it better serve future customers and partners in the region. Serenova also said it has relocated its Canadian office in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. According to the company, the move will help it reinforce and optimize its operations in North America. The company cited Salt Lake City as a top hub for contact center technology, which will give it access to another skilled workforce, and which help its round out its engineering and product teams. Salt Lake City is a major location for both established and startup technology companies, particularly in the software arena.
