ScaleFactor Expands In East Austin

Austin-based ScaleFactor, which develops finance and accounting automation software, is expanding in East Austin, saying it plans a new headquarters on Springdale Road. The company said the new, 53,0000-square-feet campus will help it with its "robust" hiring plans, where it says it hopes to increase its local head count by over 40 percent within the year, and in particular expansion of its product and engineering team. The expansion effort comes as a result of a recent, $60M Series C funding from the company, which it announced earlier this month. The new headquarters location was formerly a Daily Greens warehouse. ScaleFactor says it currently has 200 people in Austin.
