Umbel Buy Lodestone

Austin-based data software developer Umbel said last week that it has acquired Lodestone, a developer of fan engagement software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Umbel develops software which helps sports, media, entertainment, nonprofit and other organizations understand their fan base. The company is led by H.O. Maycotte.
