XC Networks Acquired By Transtelco

Dallas-based data center operator XC Networks has been acquired by El Paso-based Transtelco, Transtelco said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. XC Networks operates data centers, fiber, and wireless spectrum in Mexico and the United States. Transtelco was advised by Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Gordon David Johnson & Shane P.C.; Transtelco said it received acquisition financing in the deal from MC Credit Partners LP and affiliates.
