Alert Logic Snags CyrusOne's Marvin As CFO

Houston-based Alert Logic, the provider of cloud-based security tools, said today that it has named Paul Marvin as its Chief Financial Officer. Marvin was previously CFO of CyrusOne, and was part of the team that sold CyrusONe to Cincinnati Bell. Marvin has also served at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Loomis Fargo & CO, and Clear Channel Entertainment, in addition to time at Price Waterhouse.
